Then attach the printout with the form below summarizing the costs and providing the address where to mail the information and check. This will speed up the registration process and ensure that your child/children may submit their projects and participate in the Olympics.
In addition, please print the forms you need, copy the information that you completed on-line and mail them in with your check. Don't forget the Olympic registration/parent medical release form.

Baked Goods Divisions (272 - 319)· Judging based on: Taste. Originality, Creativity, and Presentation. · Divisions 272-299 MUST be checked-in between 7:30 - 8:30am on day of fair. Please bring all Baked Goods entries on disposable plates!· Baked Goods can be auctioned at the end of the day. Proceeds will be used to help fund the 2008 Home School Fair.
